Dundalk Bay Brewery Fermentation Vessels

Spectac International has provided Dundalk Bay Brewery, a state of the art, fully automated brewery that is bringing a welcome return to brewing in one of the towns traditional brewing hubs. The commercial brewery is the only one of its kind in the country, which focuses on contract brewing on behalf of others that do not have the capacity to produce the volumes they need. Dundalk Bay Brewery are also brewing their own brand “Brewmaster” which has IPA’s, Lagers and Red Ales with special beers on a seasonal basis.

Spectac International manufactured and installed 150 HL fermenting vessels for Dundalk Bay Brewery. Spectac International provided fermentation vessels with bespoke and extensive technical designs to deliver innovative engineering techniques involved in the brewing and fermentation stages of production for Dundalk Bay Brewery.

Fermenting is the process whereby efficient fermentation takes place and the vessels allow easy flushing of yeast at the end of the process. We can offer our fermenting vessels in 304L and 316L stainless steel and provide solutions for any of your brewing needs. We build all of our vessels to ASME pressure vessel standards and can CE mark and provide FAT testing in-house with all certs for materials and procedures.
