Spectac MD Tony Healy Shares his Business Philosophy with budding Entrepreneurs
Tony Healy is asked to give motivational talk in Enterprise Ireland Dundalk to a group of budding entrepreneurs. He talks about the risks that he has faced in business, the downfalls, the positives. The purpose of the motivational speech was to highlight to entrepreneurs that business is great and there is so much talent and ideas out there, but it’s the longevity factor that makes a lasting impression to your followers/clients, and also your relationships with your customers and professionalism that is the most scrutinised. Tony delved into a lot of different scenarios that he has faced and his experience of over 25 years in business made him a true testament to the fact that always upskilling, learning and developing with the times is key for a successful establishment such as Spectac International.
Tony started off working at a company in Limerick as a Contracts Manager that his father owned. He decided to go out on his own after years of developing his profession and gaining the relevant experience by providing stainless steel solutions for a melange of industries such as the Dairy, Brewing, Distilling, Pharmaceutical, Food and Beverage. “We are still the only company in Ireland to operate in such a broad spectrum and have recently developed our product range even further with the likes of our Turnkey solutions and our Automation PLC division, which really makes an impact on the market”, says Tony.
Anne Caldwell Regional Development Executive said ‘A number of potential entrepreneurs attended a recent EnterpriseSTART Workshop in Enterprise Ireland’s Dundalk office.
