Cooking Vessels

Spectac International design and manufacture industrial cooking vessels for the dairy sector in the UK, Ireland and Worldwide. We have delivered successful contracts for a number of international clients including Dale Farm & The Kerry Group.

Cooking Vessels are used to bring materials to a high temperature and therefore they usually require limpet coils with agitators. Cookers are designed and manufactured to order by Spectac International and they are usually used to cook large batches of processed food in an efficient manner. This involves fitting insulation, cladding and PLC controls to manage temperatures effectively.

Manufacturing cooking vessels to be durable and resistant is important for the dairy sector. Cooking vessels are exposed to a wide variety of temperatures every day and they need to be resilient to the constant extreme exposures. Limpet coils with agitators are typically fitted to cooking vessels as a means of heating or cooling the vessel’s contents. Insulation, cladding and PLC systems can all be fitted to make the most efficient use of energy in regulating the vessel’s temperature.
