Clean-In-Place Vessel (CIP)

A Cleaning-in-Place (CIP) vessel allows the internal elements of processing equipment to be cleaned without being dis-assembled. Tubes, filters, pipes and other elements of the equipment are thoroughly washed out and sanitised between batches and down-time at the facility is minimised for this process. Spectac International manufactures CIP vessels according to customer requirements and each one is fitted with PLC Controls for efficient, automated management of the cleaning process.
