We design, build and install products in accordance with all common standards, guidelines and directives, often exceeding the official requirements.
In terms of staff skills, we have an on-going programme of training and up-skilling staff and the technical team are certified for all the operational processes we work with e.g. manual handling, forklift training, confined space training, fire awareness and many others.
Spectac International welders are MIG and TIG certified and our coded welders are trained in-house to work on pressure vessels.
ISO Registered
The company is registered and certified as ISO Occupational Health and Safety 18001:2007, ISO Quality Management Standard 9001:2008, ISO Environmental Management Standard 14001:2004 and we also operate to BSI and TUV quality and safety standards. The business is also Royal & Sun Alliance certified.
CE Mark Certification
We CE Mark products and we work to PED Categories 1 – 4, as appropriate. Much of the work is done at Category 2, which involves 3rd party certification for our products. We use Stainless Steel at the appropriate Grade for its function, typically 304,304L, 316 or 316L.
