Used for creating a radius on the edge of flat disks and conicals used as the tops and bases of Spectac International vessels.

Used in high purity pipework installations, common in the pharmaceutical and related sectors, orbital forming is done to extremely high levels of precision. Full documentation is maintained and the process is implemented to the highest industry quality  standards.

Orbital forming welding process is done automatically and all parts are fully traceable. There is also a log available of those operating the process at any point in time. We welcome factory visits from those interested in approving Spectac International as a supplier.
